Andy Rauschkolb
Andy Rauschkolb is the Young Adult Pastor at Crossings Community Church and has been on staff for 18 years. Andy spent 11 years working for Kanakuk & K-Life before landing at Crossings as the High School pastor in 2007. In the summer of 2014 he moved out of Students Ministry to create the Young Adult Ministry at Crossings.
Oakley Miller
Oakley Miller is the Women’s Director for Young Adults at Crossings Community Church and has been on staff since the fall of 2021. Oakley studied Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University (go pokes!), but felt a call to full time ministry in 2019. She pursued the Watermark Residency, and after finishing her time in Dallas, came back to Oklahoma as God continued to open doors. She’s a true 3 on the Enneagram, and loves reading, doing anything outdoors, traveling, and eating good food!
Travon Smith
Travon Smith is the Young Adult Men's Director at Crossings Community Church and has been on staff since fall 2021. Travon studied Business Marketing at Oklahoma City University while competing on the Men’s Wrestling Team. After a brief stint as assistant Coach at Oklahoma City University and working in the business field, Travon went into full time ministry with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes in 2017. Eventually, he transitioned full time to Crossings. In his personal time, Travon enjoys physical activity, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
Karlie Grubbs
Karlie Grubbs is the lead Worship Pastor for The Gathering. Karlie was born and raised in Oklahoma City and she graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Early Childhood Education & Elementary Education. Karlie is married with two kiddos and loves spending time with her family, writing music, and encouraging people to know and behold Jesus through worship.
Hannah Basinger
Hannah Basinger is the Young Adults Graduate Resident at Crossings Community Church. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication and a minor in Organizational Leadership. Hannah has a heart for creativity and connection, which led her to pursue ministry and join the Crossings staff in 2025. She’s passionate about exploring new places and finds so much joy in experiencing different cultures! On the weekends you can usually find her on the pickleball courts or catching the latest movie at the theater!
